AAPS Awards for PSSRC Students
Two PhD Students Successful at the AAPS awards!

At the Opening Session of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists' (AAPS) 2009 Annual Meeting and Exposition in Los Angeles, CA, USA, the following awards were presented to two PhD students of the PSSRC by AAPS President Patrick P. DeLuca with awards commemorating their contributions to the pharmaceutical sciences:
Dr Maike Windbergs "2009 AAPS Outstanding Graduate Student Research Award in Pharmaceutical Technologies"
and
Dr Louise Ho "2009 AAPS Graduate Student Symposium Award in Analysis and Pharmaceutical Quality"
Following their highly successful PhD research projects Maike is now continuing her research as a post-doc with David Weitz at Harvard, MA while Louise Ho will take up her new position as a research fellow at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia later this year.
